CANADIAN WILDERNESS
& ULTIMATE AGREE
Co-ed camp for entering 9th, 10th & 11th graders
This summer, the Charles N.
Agree Outpost camp completed its 37th summer of operation. Agree
Outpost Camp is part of Tamarack Camps and The Fresh Air Society. Based out of Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, Tamarack Camps
has been providing quality experiences for Jewish campers since 1902.
Located in Northern Ontario, Agree campers experience backcountry
adventure, pristine wilderness, hidden waterfalls, sightseeing and more. At Agree we develop wilderness and leadership
skills, self-confidence, group dynamics, the warmth and fellowship found in Jewish camps and life-long friendships.
These exceptional programs will bring you face to
face with the Canadian north woods where you will discover the peaceful serenity of the wilderness with a small group of enthusiastic
campers. Lighting candles on the beach
at sunset and celebrating Havdalah around the campfire make Shabbat especially meaningful takes us to a new level of appreciation for the world around us.
CANADIAN WILDERNESS - Entering
9th & 10th grades
Canadian Wilderness campers will journey to quiet coves, hidden canyons, play at the base of waterfalls,
visit Native American sights and travel through Northern Ontario. Wilderness campers learn white water canoeing and hike through
Lake Superior's majestic forests to scenic waterfalls and pebble beaches.
At base camp we take part in Arts & Crafts, sports, rock climbing, repelling, kayaking, sailing,
sightseeing and more.
ULTIMATE AGREE - Entering 10th & 11th grades
This program gives campers the choice of taking an 8-day hiking or canoeing trip. The
hikers will travel to Ontario's tallest cliffs in Sleeping Giant National Park for views unparalleled in any other spot
of this region. Canoers will go travel in the Chapleau Wildlife Preserve, where they will shoot rapids and visit hidden
waterfalls as well as the chance to see moose, hawks, eagles, loons and more.
All Ultimate Agree campers will participate in a 9-day travel adventure in lower Ontario. They
will visit various Provincial Parks, go rock climbing, and culminate the session with a 4-day sea-kayaking trip on Lake
Superior.
Please enjoy sharing
our experience through pictures, as what we have created this summer cannot be put into words.
